The work

I spent years building software at scale. One of the world's largest financial institutions, two of Turkey's biggest banks, and a startup. Across products and teams of very different sizes. Then I did an MBA at INSEAD and realized I wanted to shape what gets built, not just how. Now joining McKinsey Digital to sit at that intersection.
